Dear friends,
I would first like to tell you what a joy and delight it has been serving you for all these many years. Thank you for your support and your loyalty. I’ve very much enjoyed helping you reach your goals.
But now the time has come for me to put myself out to pasture, but don’t worry, I’ve found an ideal replacement and am confident you’ll be in good hands.
My last day at TypoFinders will be June 30, 2021.
My dear friend of many years, Arthur Cronos, will be taking the reins. He’ll keep the same phone numbers, the website, and the email address, so it should be as seamless as possible for you. I will transfer to him your style guides and any current files he may need, and if there are any work files from my archives you would like to receive, I’ll be happy to send them to you. I’ll be available to Arthur for quite some time in case he has any questions.
We’ve spent the last several months working on the transition, starting with a non-disclosure agreement, so he’s already acquainted with much of the work I’ve been doing for you.
If you would like for me to also convey the credit card information I have on file for you, just let me know and I will do so confidentially and safely. Otherwise, you’ll need to supply your credit card info to him directly after he takes over.
I’d like to extend a special thanks to all of you who have referred so many of your friends to my service. I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such fine people doing such good work and working so hard to make the world a better place.
Wishing all of you the very best in all of your future endeavors. The pleasure has been all mine.
With sincere gratitude,
Bob Christoph
